Millions of new bloggers have come on the scene during the past year, in hopes of creating enough space for themselves to conduct a profitable business, I among them. There is a tremendous upside for becoming a pro blogger, which is why I entered the field.

In a previous post, I talked about the upcoming opportunities to start and grow a considerable online blogging business and the “Exciting Times on The Horizon“.

Let’s face it, many of you are tired of working for someone else and all of the instability in the job marketplace that goes with that. Job security has become a very scarce commodity, as millions are finding out monthly (job loss rate above 9% at time of this writing).

The time has come for many of you to make a decision. Will you continue to work for others long-term, or will you hold that job while exploring another route to true job security?

If you have chosen the latter and decided to go the online business route, timing could not be better. Forget about how bad the economy is, online businesses are not feeling that pain, particularly in the information marketing arena.

You see, with all of the new entrepreneurs in cyberspace, someone has to provide an education and some guidance so that they too can become successful business operators. In cyberspace, you help yourself by helping others, and it’s not just all about the money.

Think of the true feeling of accomplishment that comes from helping others reach their goals. This is the essence of networking.

Professional blogging, where you make your entire income from this activity, is not something that you can easily stumble your way through and find success, hence the extremely high rate of failures. The minefield of information on the internet alone requires a guide to navigate.

My goal is to convince you that this can be done, in hopes that many others will join the ranks of successful professional bloggers, a group that is not largely represented today.

Will it be easy? No. You want easy, go back to corporate life where near every decision is already made for you. You want freedom and income making security, start your own business, be prepared to work hard during the building process and prepare for success in the not so distant future.

The making of a professional blogger requires a commitment to succeed that cannot be questioned, from the outside or from within.
